IMPORTING TO LIGHTROOM
Lightroom CC/mobile:
Open the desktop version of Lightroom CC.
Click the "edit" tab and then click "presets".
Once the preset list opens, at the top click the button with the 3 dots "..." and click on "import presets".
Select and import "the surgical preset pack" zip file.
To open with lightroom mobile, sign in with the same account name and it will automatically sync with the new presets
Lightroom Classic CC:
Method 1:
Open Lightroom Classic CC. Select the "develop" module.
In the "Presets" tab, click the "+" button and select "Import Presets"
Select and import "the surgical preset pack" zip file
Method 2:
Open Lightroom Classic CC
Go to "Preferences"
Once in preferences, select the "Presets" tab
Click the box to enable "Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets"
Click "Show Lightroom Develop Presets"
Open the "Settings" folder
Drag and drop "the surgery preset pack" zip file into the settings folder
Restart Lightroom Classic CC
